Building Exceptional Sales Skills with Zach Sasser, Break Free Academy

In today's episode, we're joined by Zach Sasser, top sales consultant at Break Free Academy — an online education provider for entrepreneurs, salespeople, business owners and executives. Their coaches are industry experts who know the nuances of the game and have experienced them all. He is also the Founder and CEO at Matrix Marketing Firm, a company that helps service area businesses grow their practice by acquiring high-paying calls every month.

Listen to Zach’s journey developing exceptional sales skills and founding and managing different companies in his early twenties!

Zach has been into sales since he was in middle school. He was part of Ryan Stewman's (Founder of Break Free Academy) largest pro sales group on Facebook called Sales Talk With Sales Pros. Zach's dad was a client with their Apex program.

While on a call with Danny Galvez (Specialist at Break Free Academy), Zach's dad introduced him to Danny. Learning how Zach was into sales and marketing, Danny offered him an opportunity to intern with them. Zach soon joined their sister networks, Phone Sites and Apex and worked up to become the top sales producer at Break Free Academy in a short period. He learns and works alongside top sales professionals of our time today.

We also discuss the Apex program at Break Free Academy. The program helps people focus on their teams, scale their systems, processes, and hiring methods by providing them with the skills and expertise they need. Zach explains that the most significant number of people in their program are executives (150-160 in number). They also have entrepreneurs and entourage, but they're a lower number in comparison. The program essentially brings in 7-8-9 figure income persons and helps optimize their business further by training and coaching. It also offers them opportunities for high-level conversations with winning professionals.

Apart from the details and offerings from his business and job, Zach also shares sales skills and tips, including the importance of training your mind when you're a part of sales. He shares how to build confidence when pitching your sales and why you need to view the profession as a means to help people genuinely. You'll also learn the importance of having a servant mindset while approaching your clients.

Making money is not wrong. As a sales professional, you provide value for clients by understanding their demands and requirements and helping them discover options.

Tune in to this conversation to learn how the 21-year-old professional is reaping huge sums by leveraging the industry's power!

The Art of Emotional intelligence and Effective Communication

My today’s guest, Carl Eppolito, is an entrepreneur and a single dad of 2 beautiful girls. Today Carl is talking about a variety of topics.

Carl is talking about Clubhouse and its future. He says that Clubhouse is new and pioneer so it's reaping a lot of benefits as compared to other similar apps. But it’s not scalable to provide that much content, that is required on Clubhouse, daily to the audience. While talking about heated arguments in Clubhouse rooms, Carl says that try to understand the other person’s perspective and instead of getting into heated arguments, talk to people logically not emotionally.

Carl is explaining why you should use emotional intelligence when you are communicating with other people. He says that when you talk emotionally instead of logically then the weight of your argument automatically drops and you sound like an unintelligent person. So it’s better not to use your emotions in any argument.

Especially avoid emotional talk when you are with your CEO or any other person in authority over you. You cannot simply tell the CEO of the company that ‘Trust Me I am Right’. Saying ‘Trust Me’ won't change the perspective of other person, so instead of that provide them something solid so that they could trust you.

Carl is also explaining 'Deductive Reasoning' which is a type of emotional intelligence. He says that emotional intelligence goes hand in hand with deductive reasoning. Deductive reasoning means coming to a logical conclusion with a limited set of facts. Deductive reasoning is basically a survival skill that you learn in survival mode moments of your life. It's good to learn this skill in survival mode but after learning this skill it's better to move out of survival mode. Because survival mode is not sustainable and you make bad choices in survival mode.  So, after learning this skill, move out from survival mode to a sustainable way of life and use this skill there.

Carl is also giving tips on parenting like setting up core values for your family, teaching kids self-defense, building trust with your kids, communicating with them, avoiding dictations and ‘do this, do that’ behavior, etc. Carl is also telling interesting and appreciable stories of his daughters regarding self-defense.

Carl is also sharing his core values that he had set up for his family (2 daughters). He says that it is not possible to parent every action of your kids, so give them a baseline (core values) so that they compare their every action to that baseline before doing that. Carl says that he had set 3 core values for his family:

  1. We don’t say CAN’T
  2. We don’t QUIT
  3. KINDNESS, LOVE, and RESPECT

These are a few topics that Carl Eppo

All You Need to Know about Building or Selling a Business Successfully

In today’s podcast I have 2 guests, Corey Harris and Julie Traxler. Corey and Julie are running SBPACE which is focused on helping small businesses to launch, operate, and grow. Corey and Julie are providing business coaching and business consulting to the entrepreneurs who are starting a business for the first time and they are also helping them to build a solid foundation for their business. In today's podcast, they are sharing their wisdom regarding building or selling any type of business successfully.

Corey and Julie say that successful businesses are built on some solid foundations. But unfortunately, when some people start their business they start doing things quickly without building a solid foundation for their business, and resultantly their business fails. This foundation is basically about knowing who you are, what you are, why you are doing what you are doing, how you need to interact with your employees, what you should expect from your employees, and understanding your company culture. In short, you need to be mindful of your true passion/purpose and you need to align your true self with your business to run a fulfilling and long-lasting business.

Corey and Julie are also talking about the challenges a business owner faces while selling his business and how he/she should deal with those challenges. They are also emphasizing on having a well-documented detail of your business, including a full job description of every employee, so that when you flip your business your employees could easily fit into the new system.

They are also advising newly owned business owners that they should give their time, at least 6 to 12 months, to their new business before rendering its responsibility to managers and employees. They say that after spending enough time on your business, render its responsibility to workers in your team instead of doing it all on your own. Remember that it is not right to involve yourself in everything of your business rather hire people and let them do the job on your behalf.

Corey and Julie are explaining all that information in detail, so tune in and enjoy this informative podcast till the end.

Title: Why Businesses Struggle –Solo Podcast with The Sales CEO

Today’s Episode Summary:

Welcome to this solo podcast. I am your host Corey Berrier and I am The Sales CEO. I work as a sales consultant and help struggling entrepreneurs and business owners to grow their businesses. I help them with their sales team and sales process and make sure they achieve their desired results within a year. In today's podcast, I am sharing some useful information so that you could grow your sales, and if you cannot do that on your own then why you should think about hiring me as your sales consultant.

Sometimes businesses struggle not because of the employees but because of the business owners. Sometimes we as business owners overlook the holes in our system, considering them minor, and those holes result into a massive disaster. But we remain unaware of those holes. As a sales CEO, my job is to figure out those holes, figure out who is actually at fault; employees or business owner, and identify the real problem.

One of the many reasons for the failure of a business is “improper communication style”. As business owners, we need to be aware of our communication style because sometimes improper communication with employees/customers is the real reason why business struggles. So, try different styles of communication and communicate properly with your employees/customers. There are mainly 3 types of communication:1) auditory, 2) visually, 3) kinesthetic. Listen to the podcast to know in detail about these 3 types.

Secondly, listen actively to your employees/customers, be open to their ideas instead of giving them “I know best attitude”, pay attention to their body language, and understand what they want to say.

Thirdly, as a business owner, you should also know how to sell your product. Or train your salespeople to sell properly. Train them once a week because it is vital for the success of your business.

All of the above-mentioned things add up and help you close more deals and ultimately make you a successful leader and a successful entrepreneur.

But if you are struggling with your sales team and you need some expert’s help, or if you don’t know where are the holes in your system then reach out to me. I am here to pull you out of the well of despair and help you grow your sales. So, don’t stress yourself so much and reach out to me via links provided below.

To know more about growing sales and how I can help you to grow your sales, tune in and enjoy this solo podcast till the end.

Manifest Magic with your MOST Creative Energy “Sexual Energy”

There are so many taboo topics in our human society and one of them is sex. Due to stigmas attached to this topic, we never get proper sex education and that’s why we lose so many benefits that we can reap from our sexual energy. We often have sex from surface level- that is ego-based or more focused on performative sex- and neglect all of its other great benefits. But the truth is that there is so much that we can experience as men and women with our bodies rather than just having surface sex.

Sex is basically energy that impacts every sector of our lives. It is a creative energy that creates the kind of life that you want to create for yourself. When you focus your sexual energy on your goal/purpose you create something great.

In today's podcast, we have Dominique D’Vita with us who is a Tantra coach. She teaches sex secrets and ancient techniques to have a better sex experience. Dominique works with individuals and couples to improve their sex life to improve their life. She is passionate about empowering both men and women to tap into their full potential, experience the healing properties of pleasure, and experience more intimacy and connection with their partners. In today's podcast, she is explaining many Tantra practices and tips with us so that we could enjoy our sex life in a more meaningful way.

She says that Tantra is not just about sex, it is an ancient tool for transformation and live an empowered life. It regulates your emotions and develops self-love and a healthy relationship with yourself and with your partner.

Dominique is encouraging you to channelize your sexual energy toward your goal/purpose in life. When you work on your goal, you need full energy so that you could focus all your energy on that. But when you perform sex your energy depletes, which means it drains your creative energy. Statistics say that Sex impacts men and females differently. After sex males lose their creative energy and fall asleep while females feel more energetic and chatty. Females lose energy due to pregnancy and menstruation. So, if men ejaculate frequently their energy depletes and if men don’t ejaculate frequently then they can have more energy to tap into their full creative potential. Remember that there is nothing wrong with sex but doing it frequently is a problem.

Moreover, she says that porn addiction depletes your sexual energy and it also damages your real sex experience. So to re-build that energy reserve -that you have lost by watching porn- you have to stop watching and masturbating excessively. And for that, you have to work on your inner life….. When we work on our inner self, when we do our inner healing then we have better relationships with our lover, our friends, kids, and co-workers. Just improving your inner life improves everything around you. Improving your sex life increases your confidence and magnetism and ultimately helps you with your goal/purpose.

Moreover, Dominique says that a lot of times we have big goals, big dreams, and visions but not everyone around us sees the world the way we see it. Sometimes our relatives put their limitations on us. But remember that “other people’s opinions about you don’t matter”.

Dominique D’Vita is explaining

Opportunities of Today’s Information Age.

Today’s guest, Jack Matthews, is a digital marketing expert. Jack started his career in Aly, a small town in North Carolina. He was a dreamer so he left his comfort zone and went to California to work for his dream life. He moved but he had no clue what he will do to live his dream but he knew only one thing ‘working hard’. Jack started struggling for his career while people back in his hometown were curious about his progress and everyone was thinking "whether he will make it or not". Soon Jack started selling Toyotas and started progressing and then he met with a person who changed his entire life. Due to his mentor’s belief in him, he started his digital marketing agency and now he is living his dream life. Today Jack is sharing with us how he moved his career toward the internet and he is also talking about many other worth-listening topics.

Jack is sharing with us his entrepreneurial journey and he is also talking about the value of having mentors in life. He says that sometimes in life we just need a push and a mentor is someone who inculcates belief in you, pushes you in the right direction, and sets you on the path of success. Science of having a mentor is all about “surrounding yourself with better quality of people” and if you surround yourself with the right people your life will be better one day.

Jack is also talking about the power of the internet. He says that the internet is a powerful tool and we need to educate people on how to use this power. We are living in times where the internet is a real opportunity to empower people. Through this tool, we can share knowledge across the world and we can also monetize any great idea.

Jack is also encouraging everyone to monetize their content and build their business online because during the pandemic people who were affected the least were the people who were working online. We need to understand that nowadays money follows attention and social media is a great platform to grab the attention of your audience. So, keeping this fact in mind, that this is an internet age, we must take our business online to survive and thrive.

Jack is also helping people to recognize their voice online. He has a mission to create a massive movement of thought leaders by build a community of leaders that actually move things forward rather than blaming. Jack wants to bridge the gap between those people who need the information and those who have the information.

Jack is also sharing the right way to do anything. He says that you should do things with a structure. Have a written plan, and back your action with a solid belief that you will make it happen. Jack says that his life started changing when he started writing plans and started giving himself directions.

Jack Matthews is explaining all that information in detail, so tune in and enjoy this amazing podcast till the end.

The Art of Creating Life of True Fulfillment

Daniel Gomez; Business Coach, Keynote Speaker, Corporate Trainer, and winner of Podcast of the Year.

Today’s Episode Summary:

We all human beings have a problem of taking things for granted. We never acknowledge things that are most important in our life and then comes a day when we suddenly lose something and then we realize that whatever we lost suddenly was a big blessing and now it is no more in our life. We recognize blessings after losing them… That is a harsh truth…. My today’s guest, Daniel Gomez, faced this harsh truth when everything was going great in his life.  Everything in his life was great – except his relationship with his wife and family –and then a day happened when he got the news that his wife has cancer. This incident changed his entire life. Now, Daniel strongly advocates prioritizing important things in life above everything else. Today Daniel is sharing with us story of his life and many worth listening lessons.

Daniel is advising people not to put material things before the most important thing in life -that is your family. He says that we are so absorbed in chasing the material world that we ignore our relationships, which is the biggest asset of our life. Remember that chasing the material world is synonymous with chasing the wind. And this has no end. So, don’t be so consumed with your work life that you could never take time for your relationships. Never ever allow money and work to control your whole life. Pay attention to your family and take time to acknowledge your loved ones. Prioritize things that are important in life. Daniel says that my formula of success is that I keep God at first, then my family, and then my work life.

Daniel also says that your kids are the mirrors in which you can see yourself. They are the ones who play a significant role when an adversity hits you because they tell you what you are doing wrong in life. Secondly, you are a role model for your family and your kids learn from you consciously and unconsciously. So be mindful of what kind of model you are presenting to them.

We human beings also try to control things in life and surely when we can’t then we frustrate. We should realize that life is an uncertain thing and we cannot control the events of our life. But if our foundation will be on some solid beliefs then accepting any change or an uncertain event becomes easier. So it is recommended that have faith because faith is a lot better than control.

We human beings are also very selfish. 60% of the time we talk only from our own perspective; ignoring the perspective of other person. When we try to explain things from our own standpoint that is like looking at half picture. We need to understand that looking at the picture from both sides are equally important.

Daniel is also talking about business and what can make your business a success. He says that 90% of the businesses fail in their first year and one of the major reasons for their
