Stephanie Blazek is the Executive Director of The PHCC
(Plumbing-Heating-Cooling Contractors Association) of NC (PHCC-NC). She is responsible for the overall management of the Association and its staff.
PHCC is the leading organization for plumbing and HVAC professionals, providing legislative
advocacy, education, and training to approximately 3,300 open shop and
union businesses and 65,000 technicians. Our members work in the
construction industry’s residential, commercial, new construction, industrial, and service and repair
